What you agree to when you use our services.
The Student InfoX Hub (InfoX) is a peer-led student relocation support platform. We provide community support and on-the-ground services to help international students navigate their move to the United Kingdom. InfoX is not a registered immigration advisory service, a letting agent, or a regulated financial service. We do not provide immigration, legal, or financial advice under any circumstances.
These terms apply to all paid services including: Guidance Calls (single and package), Airport Arrival Support, Orientation Day, Apartment Viewing Service, and InfoX Complete packages. They also apply to the Flatmate Finder matching service.
All bookings are made through the InfoX booking form. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment is processed via Stripe. For InfoX Complete packages, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due one month before the service date.
Each service includes only what is described in the service listing at the time of booking. InfoX does not guarantee any specific outcome including accommodation offers, visa approvals, or university admissions as a result of any service.
The apartment viewing service involves an InfoX Ambassador visiting and reporting on a property on your behalf. This is a reporting service only. InfoX does not endorse, verify the legal standing of, or make recommendations about any landlord or property. The decision to proceed with any tenancy is entirely yours. InfoX is not a party to any tenancy agreement.
Services may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests must be sent to hello@studentinfox.com. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted except in cases of genuine emergency.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact hello@studentinfox.com within 7 days of the service date with a description of the issue. InfoX will respond within 5 business days. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly.

InfoX's total liability to any client in connection with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
InfoX is not affiliated with any UK university, UKVI, or any government body. Nothing shared through InfoX's services or community constitutes legal, immigration, or financial advice. Always seek advice from a regulated professional for matters relating to your visa, finances, or legal situation.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking a service you consent to InfoX using your contact details to communicate about your booking.
InfoX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
